Today's Integrative Health

At Today’s Integrative Health in Rockville, Maryland we are a Comprehensive Integrative Medicine Practice with Medical Doctors and Chiropractors on staff. We focus on health and medicine by moving from a traditional disease-centered approach to the patient-centered approach. We evaluate the “whole person” and enjoy spending time with the patient listening to them and understanding their story. This approach allows us to partner with our patients and solve the complex and difficult chronic problems together.

 

Our Practice will consider all areas of the patient that may influence their health. For example: Environmental, Mind-body-spirit, Genetics, etc. We look at how all factors (i.e. laboratory, diagnostic testing, nutrition, lifestyle, exercise) may have affected the patient’s health in the past or how we may take a preventative approach to mitigate disease in the future. Using this integrative, science-based approach we are able to prescribe plans that use a combination of nutrition, supplements, drugs botanicals, or detoxification programs to develop a Personalized Comprehensive Treatment Plan for each patient.
